Free WiFi in every apartment.

Towels and bed linen

Towels and bed linen provided – fresh hand and bath towels, bed linen and tea towels.

Guest laundry

Guest laundry – with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Cleaning products and dishwasher tabs are provided in your apartment.

Coffee

Choice of Nespresso or filter coffee machine.

Ski and ski boot room

For your winter equipment; bikes can be safely stored in the garage.

Good to know

• Your booking is valid once you have received our written confirmation by email, post or fax
• During peak season we require a deposit of approx. € 200,- / per apartment. You will receive our bank details in the booking confirmation
• You can settle your bill up to one day prior to departure in cash, by debit card, Visa or Mastercard
• Check in: your apartment is available from 3:00 pm
• Check out: by 10:30 am at the latest
• Upon arrival you will receive the free AchenseeCard. You will benefit from bonus services such as free use of the regional bus. The nearest bus stop is only 50 m away, in winter you can use the cross-country ski tracks free of charge

Cancellation insurance:

Dear guest! What if something unexpected happens? Whether you can't go on holiday at all or have to return home early - protect yourself and take precautions with travel insurance.

Cancellation fees according to the Austrian Hotel Association (ÖHV):
    • up to 3 months: none
    • 3 months - 1 month: 40%
    • 1 month - 1 week: 70%
    • in the last week and in the case of no show: 90% of the total travel price
